Software Developer

I build backend systems, APIs, and automation that stay reliable under load. Most of my work lives in Python and Node.js — services, Discord infrastructure, and tooling that quietly does its job.

Systems that hold up in production.

I'm a software developer focused on the parts of an application users never see — request handling, data flow, background jobs, and the glue that keeps services talking to each other. I care about clear interfaces, predictable failure, and code that another engineer can read six months later.

My day-to-day is Python and Node.js: REST and event-driven APIs, database-backed services, queue workers, and automation that removes manual steps from a workflow. I've spent a lot of time on Discord infrastructure — bots, slash commands, gateway handling, and scaling shards across many guilds without dropping events.

I also work lower in the stack when it matters. C++ for performance-sensitive modules, Java for structured application backends, and JavaScript wherever a runtime needs scripting. The language is a tool — the goal is software that behaves.

Currently open to backend and systems-focused work, and always interested in problems involving scale, reliability, or developer tooling.
